Ivy and Butcher's Broom

27 January 2010. Ivy has to be the most prominent plant in the woods at the moment, but it lacks colour and even the yellow flowers are turning to grey-black berries. In this arrangement bright Butcher’s Broom berries peep out from the gloom, as they do in reality.
